2014 Infiniti Electric Vehicle (EV) concept

A new Infiniti electric vehicle is expected to be introduced at this year’s New York Auto Show. The new electric vehicle from Infiniti will have an upgraded powertrain which is based on the Nissan leaf, while gets aggressive styling design which is adopted from the G-Series.

Even though Infiniti did not release more detailed information about their new electric car, but some people believe that the Infiniti EV (electric vehicle) will be powered by a larger lithium-ion battery. It will makes the vehicle is able to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 9 seconds (that’s 2 seconds faster than the Nissan Leaf). However, the Infiniti EV concept is still expected to have a range of 161 km (100 miles) with a full charged battery.

Infiniti have claimed that their new electric vehicle is a stylish, high performance five-seat luxury vehicle with zero emissions technology. As can be seen on the teasers, the EV concept by Infiniti will be equipped with a crescent-shaped C-pillar, bulging fenders, and also wraparound taillights.
